Previous project | The Fruit Lab

How can we attract gastronomists as our customers? A short analysis of the target group showed: great product, but no reach and wrong packaging. Solution: new brand name, new design and targeted communication & sales channels. Our role: guiding management, briefing designers, coming up with commercial campaigns, monitoring the new brand. Goal: to make customers really lyrical. Successfully. Good sales, enthusiastic stories, commercial team focus and a prize for product innovation of the year.

Previous project | Delta Lloyd

How do you increase the service level if you get a lot of complaints? Our approach: in addition to digitization, solving customer problems in a personal way. No compliments, then not well done. Our role: guiding directors, coaching middle management, organizing events and creative communication. With: no-filter videos, managers in an exemplary role, a cool kick off event, gossip magazine, counting compliments in each team and celebrating success. Week after week. Result: high job satisfaction, happy customers and a number 1 position in the Net Promoter Score.

Previous project | Graaf Florisstraat

How can you use the principles of team building in energizing a community of residents? The core of the approach: renting a clubhouse together, a street newspaper and fun events for/by residents. That worked. At least half of them actively participated. Our role: mobilizer, energizer, communications. The secret: making use of everyone's skills, dreams and qualities. The result: great place to live, a good mutual atmosphere and a strong bond. Plus – to top it all off – an award from Máxima for the most creative street in Rotterdam.

interactive talent analysis of everyone,

skills and creativity of each team member,
the do's and don'ts for smooth team communication.

The program is personal, interactive and serious-fun. A session of 45-60 minutes will do for large groups (25 to 500). For smaller teams, we suggest to take 3 hours for additional practice. Wanna play?
